Shape Consulting promotion

August 2016

We are pleased to announce that Katherine Fellows has been promoted to the role of Management Consultant at Shape Consulting.

Katherine joined our team as an Associate Consultant a little under 12 months ago.  Since that time, she has completely and utterly impressed us with her ability to jump in and tackle any challenge that has been presented to her.  Her positive attitude, her tenacity and her ability to make mistakes and learn quickly has seen her develop across the full range of consulting capabilities.  She is great at driving outcomes, building great relationships with our clients and ensuring that we deliver on all our promises.  At a team level, we love Katherine’s effervescent spirit and the constant ray of sunshine that she brings into the room with her.

Congratulations Katherine. We look forward to seeing you grow and develop over the coming years!
