For several years we have worked with a client whose goal has been the development of a constructive culture, sustainable over the long term.
The business was formed as a result of a decision to merge the IT providers of two separate businesses to create a shared service provider for the industry. The two original organisations had quite different cultural attributes so the challenge has been to create a unifying culture in an environment of change.
In the course of our work we have developed a culture strategy with a clear long term goal related to the business strategy and alsp played a hands-on role in its implementation.
